WAS SIND SUPERSETS?
Im Allgemeinen sind Supersets zwei verschiedene Übungen, die mit wenig bis gar keiner Pause dazwischen nacheinander ausgeführt werden. Wir sagen „wenig“, weil du wahrscheinlich zwischen jedem Satz eine kurze Pause machen wirst, um wieder zu Atem zu kommen oder einen Schluck Wasser zu trinken.
